I stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The location in the valley provided breathtaking views of the surrounding nature and gardens. The staff was fantastic, always friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi for relaxation. The hotel also offered a variety of entertainment options, including live entertainment and massage services. I truly felt pampered during my time here.

My partner and I had a fantastic romantic escape. We especially enjoyed the beautiful gardens and surrounding nature. The view was breathtaking, and we were able to relax and unwind in such a tranquil environment. Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was impeccable, providing a comfortable and cozy experience.
The food wasn't up to our expectations, and there wasn't much variety. It would have been better to have more options for meals nearby, as we found the allocated restaurants a bit expensive. Moreover, the hot tub was non-existent, despite the description on the website stating that it was included in the chalet room.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects include beautiful gardens and views in a valley, clean and spacious rooms, helpful staff, and delicious breakfast with fruit and oatmeal. Transportation to another restaurant was convenient.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful valley, surrounded by stunning nature. the staff is very nice and helpful. If you're interested in working out, there's a decent gym available. if you want to explore other restaurants, there aren't any close by, which can be a bit inconvenient.
The cleanliness leaves something to be desired, with some areas not being properly cleaned, like under the beds.

Beautiful surroundings and lovely nature walks. the decoration in the lobby is impressive and gives a good first impression. the rooms are very spacious, with comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. the pool area was pleasant and relaxing, and the staff were friendly and attentive. there is a gym, sauna and spa which are great facilities to have on-site.
The food was disappointing, particularly for Easter. the only vegetarian option was a poorly cooked broccoli dish.
